The Rise of Hastinapur is my clear favorite, particularly because the entire Gandhara section was so highly original and beautifully crafted. I loved how it serves as a perfect prologue for understanding Gandhari and Bhishma's complex relationship in the future: you can already see the seeds of their political tensions and personal dynamics take root in this story. I'd read Sharath's "Murder in Amaravati" before and enjoyed his storytelling, so purchasing this bundle was an easy decision. Highly recommend these books and this author. Will definitely buy more of his work.

What I liked most was how the author's analysis illuminated the intricate relationships between the four central characters - Draupadi, Arjuna, Krishna, and Karna. Having struggled through other Mahabharata books that were dense and poorly organized, I was delighted to find these guides structured beautifully in short chapters that build understanding progressively. Easy to read, but not condescending. Perfect for a deep dive, but also for quick references.

For anyone seeking an exhaustive yet accessible exploration of the Mahabharata, this remarkable 52-book collection provides everything you need and more. The organization into three main sections—Essentials, Character Guides, and Reader Omnibus—creates a logical learning progression. In the Essentials Omnibus, I especially enjoyed 17 Fascinating Tales from the Mahabharata. Make sure to read about the lesser known women like Gandhari and Sukanya. I also enjoyed the 'How to live in Hastinapur' guide among the bonuses. Definitely thought-provoking, and the information was provided in a way I'd not seen before. It is exactly as advertised: wisdom, entertainment and education wrapped in one. Excellent value for money!

Especially enjoyed Rise of Hastinapur for its three-novella structure, and the climactic last chapter that brings all three threads together, where Ganga is explaining to a younger ward all that is happening. I like the balance of plot, character and theme in these books. Just what novels should be - not just action, action, action!

I was absolutely bowled over by "The Hastinapur Bundle" and particularly by the evolution of Ganga's voice throughout the trilogy, beginning with her lyrical monologues in "The Winds of Hastinapur" that flow with divine poetry and gradually transforming into the more stoic, wisdom-laden reflections in "The Rise of Hastinapur". Though I'd heard of Sharath Komarraju before and seen his books in bookstores, I'd never tried his work until this bundle's affordable price convinced me. I'm glad I took the chance!

I'm always on the hunt for authors who can deliver that same level of intrigue and clever plotting. I'd never heard of Sharath Komarraju before stumbling across this bundle, but the beautiful covers caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. The easy and immersive style of "Murder in Amaravati" completely transported me to that riverside village on the banks of the Krishna. Any mystery lover looking for well-crafted Indian crime fiction should definitely consider this bundle.

The complex relationship between Emperor Akbar and his wet nurse Maham Anga in "The Crows of Agra," which serves as a pivotal element that drives the story forward, is explored well. Having heard of Sharath before but never read his work, this bundle at such an attractive price point seemed like the perfect introduction to his historical mysteries. The bundle's feature allowing me to read these books on any device proved invaluable as I found myself switching between my phone and tablet depending on where I am. Great value for money and time!

As someone who devours anything resembling an Agatha Christie mystery, I found 'Banquet on the Dead' to be my favorite of the two novels in this bundle. The rich tapestry of characters—especially the complex dynamics between the siblings anxiously waiting for old Kauveramma to die—reminded me so much of Christie's best family-centered mysteries. I had previously read Sharath Komarraju's Hastinapur Series and knew his storytelling abilities were excellent, but his skill in crafting crime fiction truly exceeded my expectations. The bundle comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you're hesitating, take this reader's word for it: don't!

The collection spans six carefully crafted books with over 600 pages that transformed my understanding in just 10+ reading hours. The Mahabharata Cheat Book is especially good, offering especially insightful answers in a crisp format. The printable PDF option has been unexpectedly valuable - I've printed sections of my favorite books to annotate while keeping the digital versions for easy reference. Eye-opening!

What a delightful surprise to discover Sharath Komarraju's contemplative and precise approach. The 52-book collection spanning over 6000 pages might seem daunting at first, but the author's easy writing style makes it feel as though you're exploring the ancient text with a friend. Very satisfied with this comprehensive collection that manages to be both scholarly and accessible.

"The Winds of Hastinapur" is my favourite of the three, with its monologues of Ganga and Satyavati that are written with such poetic grace they seem to flow like the river itself. The inner lives of the women is so beautifully depicted. Unlike any other mythological retellings I've read. Kudos!

The world of Amaravati seems like it has been lost to time, but Sharath has brought it back to life with such vivid detail - the Kali temple, the river, the little village where everyone knows everyone else - it was a treat to read! I had never heard of Sharath before, but the beautiful covers caught my eye, and the fact that I could download the books instantly without waiting for delivery convinced me to give them a try. Very satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to exploring more.

A whole year's worth of reading for most people. The value for money is ridiculously good. I can see myself reading these over and over again. What makes these books outstanding is how meticulously they're organized into short, digestible chapters. I love having the source file with me so that even if I lose my book, I can just go print another one.

Sharath Komarraju's "The Tree Bears Witness" stands out brilliantly for transporting me into what feels like an Agatha Christie novel beautifully reimagined within the Mughal framework. The execution, the suspense, the careful plotting, and the sprinkling of hints and red herrings - excellent!

I found Sharath Komarraju's writing to be remarkably intricate. "Amnion" reminded me strongly of "The Exorcist," but with a fascinating twist that makes it distinctly Indian in its sensibilities. The complex relationship between Dr. Rishabh Dhar and his dead twin sister is portrayed with such depth. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee convinced me to take a chance. I'm very happy I did!
