Get a copy of the Character Guides Omnibus Free with your Hastinapur Bundle

Hello, dear reader!

If you know me, you know I've written a bit about the Mahabharata.

On the one hand there is the Hastinapur series: a set of 6 books that speak into the silences of the Mahabharata universe. It is priced at ₹799, and looks like this:

On the other hand there is the Mahabharata Character Guides set: 14 books that examine the various characters in the epic. You get the usual suspects (Draupadi, Krishna, Arjuna and Karna) but also the rarer ones (ahem, I have a 'character guide' called Kurukshetra, on the theory that it is also a character).

This is also priced at ₹799, and looks like this:

Now, recently some readers pointed out that they'd like to get both at one place. I mean - a person wanting to read one of these will likely be interested in the other. No?

So I've put together a little link that brings them together.

What you get for ₹799

You get the 6 books of the Hastinapur Series (price: ₹799).

You also get the 14 books of the Mahabharata Character Guides (price: ₹799).

Therefore, for ₹799, you get a 20-book set that will otherwise cost you ₹1598. That's a 50% slash.

Essentially, if you buy one, you get the other free.

Will you like these books?

If you're a lover of ancient history and mythology, and if you have even a passing interest in the Mahabharata as a work of literature, the answer is yes.

I mean, you may not like every single thing I say in them (after all, you get 20 books, over 3,000 pages), but you will enjoy them overall.

Having said that, who can say for sure?

So if you do get these books, you turn them over a few times, and you decide they're not for you, just let me know within 30 days and I will give you your money back.

Zero risk.

Just a quick note...

This offer is only available for the next 48 hours. The discount code and the link will stop working after that. So if this interests you, please hurry.

(I don't do this to trick you into buying, or to force you into a state of false urgency; keeping discount codes indefinitely open adds security risks to my store that I'd like to prevent.)
